Flavor Profile

Deep ruby color from hibiscus with lively citrus notes from lemon peel, softened by gentle floral aromatics from rosebuds. Smooth, refreshing, and clean on the finish.

How to Brew Salta Sunset

Cold brew
Add 2 tablespoons to ½ gallon of cold water.
Steep in the refrigerator for 12–16 hours, then strain. Store cold and enjoy throughout the week.

Single-serve hot infusion
Add 1 tablespoon to a 12 oz mug.
Steep at 160–180°F for 5 minutes.

French press
Add 1–2 tablespoons to a French press.
Steep at 160–180°F for 5 minutes, then press and serve.

Traditional gourd
Sprinkle ½ teaspoon into a gourd of yerba mate to enhance the flavor, or use on its own as a light herbal infusion.
