Design & Inspiration

Each set includes three designs inspired by Argentina’s landscapes:

• Iguazú Falls - lush waterfalls and tropical forest right in the heart of where yerba mate is grown. When I first arrived, it felt like walking into Jurassic Park,dense, alive, and unforgettable.
• Bariloche - beautiful mountains and lakes known for winter skiing and summer escapes, with wide-open views that define Patagonia’s calmer side.
• El Chaltén - a mountain town built around adventure, looking up at Mount Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre, where hiking trails and rugged peaks shape everyday life.

The artwork reflects the environments where mate is part of the culture and daily routine, bringing a sense of place into your everyday setup. Whether you’ve visited these regions or not, each coaster acts as a small Argentina souvenir tied to the experience of drinking mate.

Materials & Construction

These coasters are made from a dense pressed paperboard material (similar to a sturdy, high-quality cardboard) that is lightweight, durable, and designed for everyday use. The slim profile keeps them easy to store and stack without adding bulk to your setup.

Size & Fit

Each coaster measures approximately 3.7 inches in diameter, making it a good fit for mate gourds, thermoses, cups, and other everyday drinkware.
